Dynjandi

Dynjandi waterfall is situated in the large fjord of Arnarfjordur and is the biggest waterfall of the Westfjords and one of the most impressive ones in whole of Iceland. It combines thunderous power and natural elegance.

Dynjandi actually consists of 7 waterfalls; each of them has a name and one of them is Dynjandi. The total height of the waterfalls is about 100 meters and it is extremely broad. Dynjandi means “thunderous” in Icelandic.
