Agents - How to Book Online

Please note:

You can find information about available tours, departures, itineraries, inclusions... etc... on http://www.icelandtravel.is/our-tours/

To book online please follow these steps:

In the login field here above, under "Book our Tours":

1) Select your currency

2) Insert your account details using the Password and Login that you received when you registered to our booking engine.

Note: If you do not have a login assigned, please request one by filling in the following form: http://agents.icelandtravel.is/login/register/

3) When you have logged in to our booking engine, you will be prompted to select whether to:

• "Create Booking"=> to book a multi-day package
• "Create Single Service booking" => to book day tours and activities
• "Retrieve bookings"

4a)  If you chose to book a multi-day package (create booking), now you can:

• Select the airport the client is departing from (for tours with international flight included) OR choose "Packages without flights" to book only the land arrangements.
• Select your package
• Select the date
• Select the number of participants

4b) If you chose to book a day tour or activity (create single service booking), now you can:

• Select the date of arrival in Iceland and how many days you'll stay here (this is important in the event that you want to book multiple tours on multiple days).
• Select the category of the chosen tour and click on it, a list of all available tours will appear.
• Click on the tour you want to book, insert the number of participants and the correct date.
• Click on "add item"
• Repeat the process if you want to book other tours.

5)  When you are done adding all the desired tours, click on "continue", then follow the given directions.
