Whales and marine life in Iceland!

Take part in an adventure at sea with an unforgettable trip into the world of whales and sea birds. The various types of whales commonly sighted include minke whales, white-beaked dolphins, harbor porpoises, and the popular humpback whales.

We recommend to dress warmly and to take a pair of sunglasses with you (in summer time). Warm overalls will be provided upon request directly on board.

Included in the tour, complimentary access to the Whale Watching Center with its showroom about marine life. Life-size whale models and skeletons are on display in the Centre, as well as various videos, including video footage from recent whale watching tours.

 

Departures:

from 01.Oct 2011 to 31.March 2012: every day at 13:00 (1 p.m.)

From 01.April to 31.May 2012 (and in September 2012): every day at 9:00 (9 a.m.) and 13:00 (1 p.m.)

From 01.Jun to 31.Aug 2012: every day at 9:00 (9 a.m.), 13:00 (1 p.m.) and 17:00 (5 p.m.)
Between 15.Jun and 15.Aug additional departures at 10:00 (10 a.m.) and 14:00 (2 p.m.)

 

The Whale Watching Tour depends on weather and sea conditions.
