Travel via Hvalfjörður fjord to the agricultural region of Borgarfjörður. You will drive past the magnificent Eldborg crater on route to Snæfellsnes peninsula where the mysterious Snæfellsjökull glacier towers over the surrounding area.

End the day with a visit to the famous Geysir hot-spring area and the massive Gullfoss waterfall.
