What is a case?

Every booking request creates a Salesforce case for our sales team to resolve. You can monitor the status of your case by selecting cases from your top toolbar. If you are familiar with Salesforce or other CRMs, this is a no-brainer!

Why do some packages require a booking request?

While most of our packages are available for instant booking, some packages require that you make a booking request. While the reasons may vary, it usually has to do with accommodation availability.
