Booking Procedure for package tours
Our travel packages can be booked online up to 4-5 days in advance, depending on availability.
When booking a package online 7 weeks or more in advance, you can either pay a deposit (200 EUR per person) or full amount. If it is 6 weeks or less in advance, full amount needs to be paid. We will contact you regarding remaining amount, if you pay a deposit. Full amount needs to reach us 6 weeks prior your arrival to Iceland.
We will contact you within 1-2 working days after you complete your online booking with further information. All self-drive passengers will receive an electronic version of our 200+ page Road Book about Iceland once deposit payment has been completed. A self-drive booking can take up to 14 days to be finalized.
All our packages can be customized. Extra nights and activities can be added to the package. If you want something completely different, we can put together a tailor-made itinerary. Please contact us for further information.
You will receive your travel documents upon check-in at your first accommodation.
Booking Procedure for day tours
Our daytours can be booked online until 12:00 am the day before tour departure.
Immediately after booking online you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant information.
Our daytours can also be booked directly through us.
