THANK YOU for everything! You all were professional, beyond helpful, kind and so quickly responsive.
We had an amazing trip and wanted to extend our appreciation to you.

Karoline R. (USA)

We have returned from our wonderful holiday in Iceland and want to thank you that everything went very smoothly and we loved your beautiful country.  I am returning very reluctantly to our much busier world here.

As far as the hotels were concerned, the Skogar hotel was our favourite.  Very pleasant room and facilities, very warm welcome and excellent dinner and breakfast, as well as use of the hot-tub.

Hotel Hofn was also very comfortable, in a beautiful position, and good food.

Akureyri Icelandair Hotel we enjoyed very much with a pleasant room looking out onto the town.

Our room at Framnes Hotel looked out onto the street which was very busy and noisy till very late at night as the trucks were going in and out of the fisheries.

Hotel Leifur Eiriksson was in an excellent position but very basic.  I know I requested it, but I had the wrong name - the hotel we were recommended was the Sunna.

This is just a brief summary for your information - we have no complaints.

Agnes G. (UK)

FANTASTIC! Everything was so smooth. Every reservation was solid, the car was nice, every location was comfortable, the itinerary and GPS coordinates made everything easy to find. All of the providers were great and friendly. It was a completely enjoyable and no stress experience all the way around. Iceland is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited and our only regret is that we did not plan at least twice as long to stay there. The online travel guide was great and the package of information we received from Iceland Travel at our first stop out-shined our expectations. The map really makes it easy to plan some side trips off the direct route plotted by the GPS and it kept us safe the one time the GPS tried to take us over a mountain that our car wasn't rated for. Love their online chat -before booking and preparing for our trip, IT was quick to answer all of our questions, no matter how trivial. We wish everyone made booking and exploring someplace so enjoyable.
