Onwards to visit the dramatic two-tiered Gullfoss waterfall, a spectacular sight in winter when frozen mid-cascade. After viewing those two major nature attractions head for the highlands. Today enjoy outdoor activity in the surroundings. Exact program depends somewhat on weather conditions. The activities involve hiking and snowshoe walking. Possibility for a short optional snowmobile ride.
