An ATV tour is the perfect way to get a true taste of Icelandic nature. Great for the whole family, this quad bike experience offers breathtaking mountain views and guaranteed fun. And all only 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik.
Your adventure begins upon arrival at our basecamp. We will suit you up and gear you for the weather.
Most of our guests are beginners, so we know how to provide an experience that’s as safe as it is fun. Your expert guides will make sure you have all the safety instructions you need before you start the tour. The quad bikes are fully automatic and super easy to use – you just hit the throttle and go!
Just beyond Reykjavik lies a stunning and dramatic natural playground, the perfect setting for your quad bike fun. Your quad bike tour takes you on a route along the lovely Lake Hafravatn and a variety of fun terrains you can enjoy. Then it’s onwards and upwards as you bike to the top of Hafrafell mountain – the high point of your journey! From there you should be able to see the Hengill mountain range, Iceland’s third most active volcanic system, together with Hellisheidi geothermal power plant. You’ll also get a spectacular view over Faxafloi bay, the whole capital region, Blafjoll mountain range and Esja, Reykjavik’s “house” mountain.
